Maldives 2027 Event Terms & Conditions

Organising Entity

The Your Paradise Maldives 2027 event is organised and operated by Your Paradise Maldives Ltd, a separate legal entity from Your Paradise Pty Ltd (the Australian company responsible for Bali 2026). Bookings, contracts, and liability for this edition rest solely with Your Paradise Maldives Ltd. Each edition operates independently.

Booking & Registration

• —All bookings for Maldives 2027 are made directly with Your Paradise Maldives Ltd.
• —A waitlist is currently open. Confirmed registrations will be issued once the event is formally announced.
• —Waitlist registration does not constitute a binding booking or guarantee of a place.
• —Full booking terms, pricing, and inclusions will be issued upon formal event announcement.

Age Requirement

All attendees must be 18 years or older. The Maldives is an Islamic nation and attendees must respect local laws, customs, and cultural norms. Alcohol is only permitted in licensed resort areas. Public intoxication, indecency, or behaviour contrary to Maldivian law will result in removal and may result in legal action.

Resort & Venue Rules

• —The event venue and host resort will be announced closer to the event date.
• —All attendees must comply with resort rules and regulations, which will be provided upon booking confirmation.
• —Photography and drone use are subject to resort and Maldivian government regulations.
• —Water sports and ocean activities are undertaken at the attendee's own risk.

Travel, Visas & Entry

• —Maldives grants visa-on-arrival to most nationalities for stays up to 30 days. It is the attendee's sole responsibility to confirm visa requirements for their nationality.
• —All inter-island transfers (speedboat or seaplane) are the responsibility of the attendee unless explicitly included in the travel package.
• —Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, cancellation, and repatriation is mandatory for all attendees.
• —Your Paradise Maldives Ltd accepts no liability for costs arising from travel disruption, visa refusal, or immigration decisions.

Health & Safety

• —Medical facilities in the Maldives are limited outside of Malé. Comprehensive travel medical insurance is mandatory.
• —The event is held in a remote island environment. Emergency medical evacuation may be required and is expensive without insurance.
• —Attendees with pre-existing medical conditions must notify event staff and carry adequate medication.
• —The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited under Maldivian law and carries severe criminal penalties.

Cultural Respect

The Maldives is a Muslim nation. Attendees are required to dress modestly outside designated resort areas, refrain from public displays of affection, and respect local religious customs and practices. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event or legal consequences under Maldivian law.

Photography & Media

By attending the event you grant Your Paradise Maldives Ltd a royalty-free worldwide licence to use images and footage featuring you for promotional purposes. Media accreditation is required for professional equipment. Drone operation requires prior written approval from Your Paradise Maldives Ltd and compliance with Maldivian Civil Aviation Authority regulations.

Cancellations & Refunds

• —Cancellation policies specific to Maldives 2027 will be issued at time of booking confirmation.
• —Due to the remote nature of the destination, cancellations within 90 days of the event may be entirely non-refundable.
• —Force majeure cancellations will be handled in accordance with the booking contract issued at time of confirmation.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from participation in the Your Paradise Maldives 2027 event are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Your Paradise Maldives Ltd and Your Paradise Pty Ltd are entirely separate legal entities. Participation in Bali 2026 does not create any rights or obligations in relation to the Maldives 2027 event.

Liability

Your Paradise Maldives Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from attendance at the event, travel to or from the Maldives, or participation in any activities offered as part of the event program. Attendance is entirely at the risk of the individual.
