Bookings & Payments

• —All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment or a deposit has been received and a confirmation email issued.
• —Prices displayed are in USD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where noted.
• —We use third-party payment processors. Your Paradise does not store credit card details.
• —By making a booking you agree to the event-specific Terms & Conditions applicable to that edition (Bali or Maldives).

Cancellations & Refunds

• —Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• —Cancellations made between 60–90 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• —Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.
• —Your Paradise reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances outside of its control. In such cases, a full credit or refund will be offered.
• —Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Your Paradise is not liable for costs incurred due to cancellation.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this website are the property of Your Paradise Pty Ltd or their respective owners. Nothing on this website should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the owner.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Paradise Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any services purchased through it. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
