Bali 2026 Event Terms & Conditions
These terms apply specifically to the Your Paradise Bali 2026 event held at Tropical Temptation Beach Club, Melasti Beach, Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia, August 7–9, 2026.

Your Paradise Bali 2026 — Terms and Conditions
**Event:** Your Paradise Bali 2026 **Main Event Dates:** 7–9 August 2026 **Venue:** Tropical Temptation Beach Club, Melasti Beach, Bali, Indonesia **Travel Package Period:** Travel packages may operate between approximately 6–10 August 2026, depending on the package selected. **Contact:** info@yourparadise.com These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases, day passes, travel packages, accommodation packages, add-ons, upgrades, table bookings, experiences and related services purchased in connection with **Your Paradise Bali**. By purchasing a ticket, package, add-on, accommodation option, experience, or by attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Event Operator, Brand Licence, Venue and Local Operations
The **Your Paradise** brand is owned by **Destino Co Pty Ltd**. Your Paradise Bali is promoted and operated by **YP FJ Pty Ltd**, an Australian company authorised to operate the Your Paradise Bali event under licence from Destino Co Pty Ltd. The main event will take place at **Tropical Temptation Beach Club, Melasti Beach, Bali, Indonesia**. The venue is operated by **PT. Aksanti Setia Kamayangan trading as Tropical Temptation Beach Club**. Tropical Temptation Beach Club and/or its related Indonesian operating entity, venue owner, licensee, representatives, contractors or appointed parties are responsible for venue operations, venue licensing, local venue compliance, and the coordination of venue-related permits and approvals required for the event. For the purposes of these Terms: - **“Supplier”, “we”, “us” or “our”** means YP FJ Pty Ltd and, where applicable, its related entities, contractors, representatives, agents, event partners and authorised suppliers. - **“Brand Owner”** means Destino Co Pty Ltd. - **“Venue” or “TT”** means PT. Aksanti Setia Kamayangan trading as Tropical Temptation Beach Club, including its venue owner, operator, licensee, staff, contractors, representatives and appointed permit or compliance parties. - **“You”, “guest”, “customer”, “attendee” or “traveller”** means any person who purchases, receives, uses or attends any ticket, package, booking, add-on or service connected to Your Paradise Bali.

Brand Ownership and Previous Events
Your Paradise is a long-running destination event brand that has operated in various forms since 2014. The Your Paradise brand is now owned by **Destino Co Pty Ltd** and operated for Your Paradise Bali by **YP FJ Pty Ltd** under licence. YP FJ Pty Ltd is the current event operator for Your Paradise Bali and is responsible for the sale and delivery of Your Paradise Bali tickets, travel packages and related experiences, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any previous entities, operators, promoters, companies or arrangements connected with past Your Paradise events are separate from YP FJ Pty Ltd and Destino Co Pty Ltd, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. YP FJ Pty Ltd is not responsible for the debts, liabilities, refunds, disputes, obligations, acts or omissions of any previous Your Paradise entity, promoter, operator or company, except where required by law. Your Paradise has since returned with renewed event operations, including Your Paradise Fiji in 2025 and Your Paradise Maldives in 2026, as part of the brand’s renewed destination event programme.

Age Requirement
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Supplier and Venue, all attendees must be **21 years or older**. By purchasing a ticket, package, add-on or by attending the event, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that all attendees included in your booking are at least 21 years old. Valid photo identification may be required for entry. The Supplier and Venue reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot provide acceptable proof of age. No refund, credit or compensation will be provided where entry is refused due to failure to meet the age requirement or failure to provide valid identification.

Booking Information
By completing a booking, purchase, registration form or payment, you warrant that all information provided by you or on your behalf is true, accurate and complete. You agree to bear any loss, damage, liability, cancellation, refusal of entry or additional cost arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided by you or on your behalf. You must notify the Supplier as soon as reasonably possible if any information connected to your booking changes.

Event Dates and Package Dates
The main Your Paradise Bali event takes place at Tropical Temptation Beach Club from **7–9 August 2026**. Certain travel, accommodation or experience packages may include dates before or after the main event. Depending on the package selected, Your Paradise Bali travel packages may operate between approximately **6–10 August 2026**. Some packages may also include, or allow you to purchase, additional pre-event or post-event accommodation, transfers, activities, wellness experiences, dining experiences or travel extensions. It is your responsibility to carefully check the dates, inclusions and exclusions of the specific ticket, package, room type, add-on or experience you purchase.

Lavilla Ubud Add-On Trip
The **Lavilla Ubud add-on trip** is an optional extension and is not automatically included unless expressly stated in your selected package or booking confirmation. Lavilla Ubud add-ons may include additional nights, accommodation, activities, transfers, wellness experiences, meals or other inclusions as specified at the time of purchase. Unless clearly stated otherwise: - Lavilla Ubud add-ons are sold separately from the main event ticket or package. - Add-on dates may fall before or after the main event period. - Add-ons are subject to availability. - Add-ons may be operated by third-party hotels, venues, transport operators, experience providers or local suppliers. - Third-party supplier terms may also apply. - No refund is available for any unused portion of an add-on, missed transfer, missed activity, unused night, late arrival, early departure or change of mind, unless required by law. The Supplier reserves the right to amend the itinerary, accommodation, inclusions, timing or structure of any Lavilla Ubud add-on where reasonably required due to operational, supplier, weather, safety, cultural, permit, availability or force majeure reasons.

Venue Access, Megatix Indonesia and Scanning
Day passes and certain event access tickets may be sold directly through **Megatix Indonesia** or other authorised Indonesian ticketing channels appointed by the Venue or Supplier. Where you purchase a standalone day pass or event ticket through Megatix Indonesia, your purchase may also be subject to Megatix Indonesia’s own ticketing terms, payment terms, refund terms, platform fees and entry conditions. Where you purchase a travel package, accommodation package or bundled experience from YP FJ Pty Ltd, your package may include access to the main Your Paradise Bali event. In these cases, YP FJ Pty Ltd may arrange, purchase, allocate or facilitate the relevant Megatix Indonesia ticket, QR code, wristband, pass or venue access credential on your behalf as part of your package. You acknowledge that the Megatix ticket, QR code, wristband, pass or other access credential may be required for scanning, entry, capacity management, security and venue compliance purposes at Tropical Temptation Beach Club. Receiving a Megatix Indonesia ticket, QR code or venue access credential as part of a travel package does not create a separate refund entitlement for the ticket component of your package. Your package remains subject to these Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation and refund terms set out herein. The Supplier and Venue reserve the right to require guests to present valid identification, booking confirmation, QR code, ticket, wristband or other access credential before entering the venue or event areas. Lost, damaged, transferred, resold, duplicated or tampered tickets, wristbands or access credentials may be cancelled or refused at the Supplier’s or Venue’s discretion.

Travel Insurance
All attendees and package holders are strongly required to purchase appropriate travel insurance. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree that travel insurance is your sole responsibility. Your insurance should cover, where applicable, cancellation, medical emergencies, illness, injury, missed travel, baggage loss, theft, travel disruption, natural disasters, force majeure events, changes to itinerary, and any other travel-related risks. Failure to obtain appropriate insurance does not entitle you to a refund, credit or compensation.

Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have: - A valid passport with sufficient validity; - Any visa or entry permit required to enter Indonesia; - Any health, customs, immigration or arrival documentation required by Indonesian authorities; - Any onward travel documents required by airlines, immigration authorities or travel providers. The Supplier is not responsible if you are denied boarding, denied entry, delayed, deported, refused admission or otherwise unable to travel due to passport, visa, immigration, customs, health, vaccination, entry or travel documentation issues. No refund, credit or compensation will be provided where you are unable to attend for any of these reasons, unless required by law.

Flights and International Travel
Unless your selected package expressly states otherwise, flights are not included in Your Paradise Bali tickets or packages. If you are travelling internationally or domestically to Bali, it is your sole responsibility to purchase, confirm and manage your flights, baggage, arrival timing, transfers and travel arrangements. Failure to secure flights, delayed flights, cancelled flights, missed connections, airline schedule changes, immigration issues, airport delays, or inability to travel will not entitle you to a refund, credit or compensation from the Supplier. Any flights, airlines, transport providers, hotels or third-party travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

Package Inclusions
Your package inclusions will depend on the specific ticket, accommodation type, travel package, room type, add-on or experience purchased. Inclusions may include some or all of the following, depending on the package selected: - Entry to Your Paradise Bali main event programming; - Access to selected event areas at Tropical Temptation Beach Club; - Accommodation for selected nights; - Selected wellness, cultural, community or social activities; - Selected transfers, where expressly included; - Selected add-ons, where expressly included; - Any other inclusions listed at the time of purchase. Only inclusions expressly stated in your booking confirmation are included. Where event access is included in a travel package, the Supplier may allocate or facilitate a Megatix Indonesia ticket, QR code, wristband or other venue access credential on your behalf for scanning and entry at Tropical Temptation Beach Club. This venue access credential forms part of your package and is not separately refundable unless required by law.

What Is Not Included
Unless expressly stated in your booking confirmation, the following are not included: - Flights; - Travel insurance; - Visas or entry permits; - Meals and beverages; - Airport transfers; - Ground transport; - Personal expenses; - Spa treatments; - Activities and excursions; - Add-on trips; - Lavilla Ubud add-ons; - Table bookings, VIP minimum spends or bottle service; - Payment processing fees; - Any costs related to missed travel, delayed travel, illness, injury, denied entry, lost belongings or itinerary changes. This list is not exhaustive.

Pricing, Currency and Fees
Prices may be listed in AUD, USD, IDR or another currency depending on the sales channel, product, payment provider or ticketing platform. All prices are subject to availability and may change at any time before purchase. All payments may be subject to payment processing fees, card fees, platform fees, currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, bank fees, or other third-party payment charges. These fees are non-refundable unless required by law. The Supplier reserves the right to correct pricing errors, amend package pricing, update inclusions, withdraw offers or adjust availability at any time before a booking is confirmed.

Payment Plans and Failed Payments
Where payment plans are offered, you agree to pay all instalments in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of purchase. If an instalment payment fails, you may be given a grace period at the Supplier’s discretion. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, your booking may be cancelled and all payments made to date may be forfeited, unless otherwise required by law. The Supplier may cancel your booking, release your room, release your package, or refuse event access if your payment plan is overdue, incomplete or in default. Deposits, instalments and payments made under payment plans are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Group Bookings and Multiple Attendees
Where a booking includes multiple attendees, the lead purchaser is responsible for the full booking and for ensuring that all attendees complete their required details, payments and confirmations on time. If individual payment links are provided, each attendee must complete payment by the specified deadline. If one or more attendees fail to pay, provide details or complete required forms, the Supplier may cancel part or all of the booking, charge the lead purchaser for outstanding amounts, release unpaid places, or treat the booking as incomplete. The lead purchaser is responsible for communicating these Terms and Conditions to all attendees in their booking.

Guest Details, Name Changes and Booking Amendments
You must provide all requested guest information by the deadline communicated by the Supplier. This may include full legal name, passport details, email address, phone number, emergency contact, accommodation preferences, arrival information and any other required details. Failure to provide requested information by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your booking, inability to travel, inability to check in, refusal of entry, or removal of package inclusions. Name changes, room changes, date changes, guest swaps, package changes and other amendments are subject to availability and Supplier approval. Where permitted, amendments may incur an administration fee, supplier fees, ticketing fees, accommodation fees or other charges. The Supplier is not required to approve any change request.

No Refunds
All sales are final. Unless required by applicable law, tickets, day passes, travel packages, accommodation packages, deposits, instalments, payment plans, add-ons, upgrades, Lavilla Ubud extensions, VIP bookings, table bookings and experiences are **non-refundable**. No refund, credit or compensation will be provided for: - Change of mind; - Personal circumstances; - Illness or injury; - Missed flights; - Delayed flights; - Visa or passport issues; - Denied entry to Indonesia; - Failure to obtain travel insurance; - Failure to attend; - Late arrival; - Early departure; - Unused accommodation nights; - Unused package inclusions; - Unused add-ons; - Unused event days; - Line-up changes; - Set time changes; - Weather disruptions; - Venue layout changes; - Changes to itinerary; - Refusal of entry due to age, ID, intoxication, behaviour, security or venue rules; - Removal from the event for breach of conduct rules. You acknowledge that the event involves significant upfront costs, including venue, production, staffing, accommodation, marketing, artist, supplier, ticketing and operational commitments.

Cancellations by You
If you cancel your booking for any reason, no refund will be provided unless required by law. You may be able to recover some costs through your travel insurance, depending on your policy and reason for cancellation. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance and to make any claim directly with your insurer.

Potential Cancellation Due to Insufficient Sales
Completion of a booking form, purchase of a ticket, payment of a deposit, payment of an instalment, or payment in full does not guarantee that the event, travel package or add-on will proceed. If, in the Supplier’s reasonable opinion, insufficient tickets, packages, accommodation bookings or add-ons are sold for the event or a particular package component to proceed in a commercially or operationally viable manner, the Supplier reserves the right to cancel, consolidate, amend, postpone or restructure the relevant event, package, add-on, accommodation component, activity or travel experience. Where the entire event is cancelled by the Supplier due to insufficient sales and no replacement or rescheduled event is offered, affected customers will be provided with a refund of amounts paid to the Supplier for the cancelled event or package, less any non-refundable third-party fees, payment processing fees, bank fees, ticketing platform fees, currency conversion fees or other charges that cannot reasonably be recovered, unless otherwise required by law. The Supplier is not responsible for additional costs incurred by you, including but not limited to flights, visas, insurance, pre- or post-event accommodation, transport, meals, lost income, currency conversion, or other travel-related expenses. You are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

Event Changes, Itinerary Changes and Programming
The Supplier reserves the right to change, amend, postpone, substitute, relocate, reschedule or cancel any aspect of the event or itinerary where reasonably required. This may include changes to: - Event times; - Set times; - Artists; - Line-up; - Venues or areas within the venue; - Stages; - Activities; - Wellness sessions; - Cultural programming; - Transport times; - Accommodation allocation; - Add-on inclusions; - Lavilla Ubud add-on itinerary; - Food and beverage programming; - Event capacity; - Site layout; - Entry procedures; - Security procedures. You acknowledge that music festivals, destination events and travel experiences are subject to operational, cultural, weather, safety, supplier, local authority and venue requirements. No refund, credit or compensation will be provided for changes to programming, artists, line-up, set times, event schedule, venue layout, itinerary or experience structure, unless required by law.

Featured Performers and Entertainment
While reasonable efforts are made to deliver advertised performers, entertainment and programming, all artists, performers, hosts, DJs, wellness facilitators, cultural performers and other talent are subject to change without notice. You agree that you are purchasing a destination event, travel and lifestyle experience, and not a ticket or package for the sole purpose of seeing any specific artist, performer or advertised entertainment. A change in artist, performer, set time, line-up, stage, activity or entertainment does not entitle you to a refund, credit or compensation, unless required by law.

Force Majeure
The Supplier and Venue will not be liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, change, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: - Extreme weather; - Natural disasters; - Earthquake, flood, fire, storm, volcanic activity or tsunami; - Acts of God; - War, terrorism, civil unrest, riot or public disorder; - Government action, local authority action or regulatory restriction; - Permit, licence or approval changes; - Border closures; - Airport closures; - Airline disruption; - Epidemics, pandemics, quarantine or public health restrictions; - Labour strikes or industrial action; - Power failure, infrastructure failure or equipment failure; - Supplier failure or insolvency; - Venue closure or restriction; - Safety, security or emergency incidents; - Cultural, religious, ceremonial or local community restrictions; - Any event outside the reasonable control of the Supplier or Venue. Where a force majeure event occurs, the Supplier may, at its discretion, reschedule, relocate, modify, postpone or cancel the affected part of the event, package, add-on or itinerary. Unless required by law, no refund, credit or compensation will be provided where the event, package, add-on or itinerary is affected by a force majeure event.

Venue Rules, Permits and Local Compliance
You agree to comply with all rules, directions and requirements issued by: - YP FJ Pty Ltd; - Tropical Temptation Beach Club; - Venue staff; - Security; - Event staff; - Local authorities; - Police; - Medical personnel; - Emergency services; - Government or regulatory bodies. The Venue is responsible for venue operations and the coordination of local venue-related permits and approvals. However, local authorities may impose requirements, restrictions or changes at any time. The Supplier is not liable for any change, restriction, delay, refusal, closure, capacity adjustment, curfew, sound restriction, access restriction or operational change required by the Venue, local authorities or applicable law.

Entry, Wristbands and Event Access
Entry to the event is subject to valid ticketing, accreditation, identification, wristband allocation, security checks and compliance with event rules. Wristbands, tickets, QR codes, passes and accreditation are personal to the attendee and must not be transferred, resold, tampered with, shared or duplicated unless expressly approved by the Supplier. Lost, damaged or removed wristbands may not be replaced, or may be replaced only at the Supplier’s discretion and subject to an administration fee. The Supplier and Venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for safety, security, legal, operational, behavioural or compliance reasons.

Code of Conduct
Your Paradise Bali is designed as a premium, respectful and community-led destination event. You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other guests, staff, artists, performers, venue personnel, local communities and property. The Supplier and Venue have zero tolerance for: - Illegal drug use or possession; - Violence; - Threatening or abusive behaviour; - Harassment; - Discrimination; - Theft; - Vandalism; - Excessive intoxication; - Unsafe behaviour; - Damage to property; - Refusal to follow staff or security directions; - Any conduct that negatively affects the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of others. If your behaviour is considered unsafe, unlawful, disruptive or inappropriate, you may be refused entry, removed from the event, removed from accommodation, have your package cancelled, or be prevented from attending future event activities. No refund, credit or compensation will be provided in these circumstances. You will be responsible for any damage, loss, cost, fine, charge or liability caused by your conduct.

Alcohol, Drugs and Responsible Service
The Venue operates under applicable Indonesian laws, venue rules and responsible service standards. Alcohol service may be refused to any person who appears intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, is underage, or fails to comply with venue rules. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Any suspected possession, use or supply of illegal substances may result in removal from the event, referral to authorities, cancellation of your package and forfeiture of all payments, unless otherwise required by law.

Health, Safety and Medical
You attend the event and participate in activities at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing whether you are fit to travel, attend the event, consume alcohol, participate in wellness activities, beach activities, water activities, excursions, transfers or any other experience. You must advise the Supplier of any relevant medical, access, dietary or mobility requirements where requested. The Supplier will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee that all requirements can be accommodated. You agree to follow all health, safety, emergency and evacuation directions issued by staff, security, medical personnel, venue personnel or local authorities.

Accommodation
Where accommodation is included in your package, your accommodation will be provided according to the room type, occupancy and package selected, subject to availability and operational requirements. Accommodation allocation, bedding configuration, room location, check-in time, check-out time and rooming arrangements may be subject to hotel, venue or supplier requirements. The Supplier is not responsible for personal preferences relating to room location, bedding configuration, roommate preferences, noise, personal comfort or satisfaction unless expressly guaranteed in writing. You are responsible for any room damage, minibar charges, incidentals, hotel charges, cleaning fees, late check-out fees or penalties incurred by you or your group.

Transfers and Transport
Transfers are included only where expressly stated in your selected package. Where transfers are included, times, pick-up points, routes, vehicle types and schedules may be determined by the Supplier or its transport partners. If you miss a transfer, arrive late, provide incorrect travel details, change your flight, or fail to attend the nominated pick-up point, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transport. No refund or compensation will be provided for missed or unused transfers, unless required by law.

Add-Ons, Activities and Third-Party Suppliers
Add-ons, activities, extensions, table bookings, VIP experiences, wellness sessions, cultural experiences, excursions, transport, accommodation extensions and other services may be provided by third-party suppliers. Third-party services are subject to the terms, conditions, rules and limitations of those suppliers. The Supplier is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, negligence, changes, safety standards, service quality or failures of third-party suppliers, except to the extent required by law.

Personal Belongings and Baggage
You are responsible for your own belongings at all times. The Supplier and Venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items, baggage, valuables, travel documents, phones, cameras, clothing, jewellery or personal property. You should ensure your travel insurance covers loss, theft and damage to personal belongings.

Photography, Video and Media Consent
By attending Your Paradise Bali, you consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded or otherwise captured in event content. You grant the Supplier, Venue, Brand Owner and their authorised media partners the right to use your image, likeness, voice and appearance in photographs, video, social media, advertising, promotional materials, press, website content and future marketing without further approval or payment. Professional cameras, drones, commercial filming equipment and media equipment are not permitted unless approved in writing by the Supplier.

Promotions, Website and Marketing Materials
Reasonable care is taken to ensure the accuracy of all promotional materials, websites, social media, emails, brochures and advertisements. However, package availability, prices, inclusions, artists, set times, activities, venues, dates, accommodation, images, schedules and event details may change. Images and descriptions are for promotional purposes and may not represent the exact final event layout, accommodation, room, view, itinerary or experience. You agree to provide correct contact details so that any important changes can be communicated to you.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Supplier, Venue and Brand Owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, damage, cost, claim or expense arising from or connected to your booking, travel, attendance, participation, personal satisfaction, missed travel, itinerary changes, supplier failures, force majeure events, personal injury, illness, property loss, or the acts or omissions of third parties. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that travel, festivals, beach club events, nightlife, transport, accommodation, wellness activities, cultural activities and destination experiences involve inherent risks.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Supplier, Venue, Brand Owner, their related entities, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and agents against any loss, damage, claim, cost, fine, penalty, liability or expense arising from: - Your breach of these Terms; - Your conduct; - Your failure to comply with laws, venue rules or staff directions; - Damage caused by you; - Injury or loss caused by you; - Inaccurate information provided by you; - Claims made by other attendees in your booking group.

Privacy
The Supplier may collect, store and use your personal information for the purpose of managing your booking, processing payments, providing event updates, operating the event, communicating with you, improving services, marketing future events and meeting legal or operational requirements. Your information may be shared with relevant suppliers, venues, hotels, transport providers, ticketing platforms, payment processors, authorities or operational partners where reasonably required to deliver the event or your package. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply in Indonesia or any other relevant jurisdiction. By purchasing a ticket, package or add-on, you agree that any dispute will first be raised with the Supplier in writing and that the parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
