TERMS AND CONDITIONS (2024 event)
Your Paradise Events Holdings Pty Ltd (“the Supplier”) is an Australian business. By confirming your booking with the Supplier you accept the following terms and conditions.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
By completing the booking form you agree to purchase your own travel insurance ahead of the 2024 event, and agree this is solely your responsibility.
UNLESS AGREED IN WRITING, ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.
By completing the booking form you warrant that the information contained in the booking form is correct. You agree to bear all loss, damage or liability arising from any inaccuracy in the information recorded in your booking form.
STANDARD PACKAGE (add flights later)
If you select the ‘Standard Package’ option, no flights are included in your package, and you agree to purchase your own flights for the event.
Your Paradise will make a number of flights available for purchase as an add on to standard package holders throughout the year. Airfares will be based on the wholesale group travel fare given by the airline plus a 12% or $150 handling fee, whichever is lesser.
If you are an international traveller, It is your sole responsibility to ensure you purchase and pay for (in full) for flights either through Your Paradise, a 3rd party or directly via an airline. Failure to secure flights or an inability to travel will not entitle you to a refund.
Return (round trip) ground and sea transfers between Nadi international airport and the resort (at a date and time to be determined by the supplier) will still be included in your package.
FLIGHTS
All flights are subject to the specific airlines terms of carriage. Flights depart and return to their respective locations: Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD), Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (MEL) and Brisbane Airport (BNE), Auckland Airport (AKL), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), and Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
These package fares may not accrue airline loyalty points or any similar loyalty points, nor can any upgrades be purchased via loyalty points or by similar means.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, with a minimum of six (6) months’ validity, and any applicable visa that you may require for your holiday. You cannot fly internationally without a valid passport.
PRICING
Fares promoted are “per person”; however the majority of packages comprise of rooms including multiple guests. Payment must include all packages within the room booked. The designated purchaser agrees to undertake full financial responsibility for their group and is to liaise with those attending in their group for settlement of the deposit and total balance.
Prices quoted are in AUD unless stipulated otherwise.
Prices are inclusive of GST and taxes where applicable. However, the prices shown may not include departure tax fees payable at airports outside Australia. You will be responsible for payment of any such fees.
Prices are subject to change due to tax increases.
All payments are subject to a 2.9% payment-processing surcharge.
If within seven (7) days of making your initial booking you have not completed the payment for the full balance of your package, your account will be automatically placed onto the payment plan option. The payment plan will include all applicable fees as detailed when you originally booked your package, including the deposit which will immediately be payable to the Supplier.
Your Paradise Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend prices at any time.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES (THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE)
DELIVERY OF BOOKING DETAILS AND CONFIRMATION
The Supplier will attempt to provide finalised, full details regarding your booking, including airline and room reservations, two weeks prior to the event and will attempt to deliver this information to your email address and/or customer portal. It is your responsibility to receive and keep these emails, as well as to ensure that all the information you have provided is accurate. The Supplier will attempt to deliver a final confirmation message to your email address and/or customer portal no less than 24 hours prior to departure.
The Purchaser has until 30th September 2024 to confirm the guest names included in their booking as stated in each guest's passport. Any changes after this date may lead to a cancellation of your package. Details changed prior to this date will incur an AUD$100 administration fee and may only be changed once.
POTENTIAL NO GO – LACK OF SALES
Completion of the online booking form and payment of your deposit, or the full cost, does not guarantee your booking. If insufficient packages are sold and the trip is not able to proceed, the Supplier will be in contact no later than 30 days before your flights are scheduled to depart to advise you of the same. In the event that the trip does not proceed because insufficient packages are sold, you will be provided a full refund. Please note that any additional costs such as flights to and from your home port of departure and/ or return are the sole responsibility of the traveller. MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE!
FEATURED PERFORMERS / ENTERTAINMENT
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all advertised performances and entertainment occur, the Supplier reserves the right to change the published line-up of performers and/or entertainment without notification to you: this includes but is not limited to; featured performers and any other type of attraction or form of entertainment featured in the Supplier’s promotional materials. You agree that the packages are solely sold and purchased for the experience of travel and not for the purpose of being entertained by a featured performer or a promoted form of entertainment.
Your Paradise will be within the times of the 7th – 13th of December 2024; 5 nights and 6 days, which is inclusive of travel time.
ADD-ONS
There will be some activities included free of charge at the resort, however, all Add-ons and/or tickets to Add-on parties are sold separately and will go on sale in October 2024.
For all guests’ safety, travel on and off the island during the event must be approved by Your Paradise Events. All activities and trips must be organised with either Your Paradise Events or the Resorts (Plantation Island Resort / Musket Cove Resort).
CANCELLATIONS
Given the short turnaround of this event if you cancel your reservation there are no refunds.
Depending on your reason for cancelling and provided these reasons fall within the terms of your travel insurance policy, subject to these terms and conditions you may be able to have these charges refunded. Consult your (travel) insurer for further details. Please note, as previously stated, it is your responsibility to purchase said travel insurance.
CHANGES / AMENDMENT OF BOOKINGS
Once your booking is made and your deposit paid, any change to your reservation will incur an administrative fee of AUD $150, plus GST, per person, per change. Such changes are subject to availability and only upon full agreement by the Supplier, which is at our sole and absolute discretion.
Any changes will also incur applicable fees and costs as stipulated by our providers. If your requested change is not available, the normal cancellation policy outlined herein applies.
Please note that the event dates for each year may not be the same as the previous years.

Please note that no name changes will be permitted after September 30th, 2024.
PRE AND POST-TRIP TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION
The Supplier is not responsible for your travel arrangements to the port of departure for your package or costs incurred in getting or from to the point of departure of your trip. All bookings with these carriers, hoteliers or other service providers are subject to their terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed.
CHANGES IN ITINERARY
The Supplier reserves the right to make changes to an itinerary or postpone the trip if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary, including weather and cultural conditions.
BAGGAGE
The Supplier will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of baggage or belongings.
You should ensure you have the appropriate travel insurance.
Each airline has its own baggage requirements, and the supplier will attempt to provide these details 2 weeks before the event date.

CHECKED IN: 20kg
FAILED PAYMENT PLAN INSTALMENTS
Once you have confirmed your booking, your deposit will immediately be payable to the Supplier. Instalment payments will be debited on the 1st of each month.
Due to commitments with our suppliers, we can only provide you a grace period of seven (7) days to complete an instalment payment. These 7 days are calculated from the agreed due date of that instalment. If the instalment payment is not received within 7 days, your booking and all payments to date will be forfeited.
MATTERS OF DISPUTE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Travel is an individual experience, and your preferences and opinions may vary from our own and that of others. Accordingly, you agree that the Supplier is not accountable for your personal satisfaction.
The Supplier facilitates the direct contractual relationship between you (the customer) and principal suppliers (i.e. airlines, other transport operators, accommodation suppliers and other suppliers). We undertake to perform these services with reasonable skill and care.
All package bookings are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the specific service providers delivering these services. Those terms and conditions may limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage.
You agree that the Supplier will not be held liable for any loss, damage, claim or liability arising from those acts, defaults or omissions that occur outside of the Supplier’s control or any cause occurring independently of human control.
Causes occurring independently of human control include, but are not limited to:
PROMOTIONS / WEBSITE
All reasonable care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all promotional materials however services offered; package availability; prices and event details may be subject to change on occasion.
You agree to provide correct contact details to ensure any changes that occur can be passed on to you.
PHOTOGRAPHY
You agree that any photograph, video or image taken of you during your holiday with the Supplier may be used by the Supplier for promotional purposes in our promotional materials, our brochures and/or on our website and that no further consent from you and/or any payment to you is required.
No professional cameras are permitted during the event period. Go Pros/action cameras and camera phones are accepted.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The success and enjoyment of your holiday depend on you and others behaving in an appropriate and responsible manner. It is a material condition that your conduct is compatible with the well-being and general enjoyment of others on your holiday.
You agree to accept the authority of the Supplier and staff members and at all times comply with their requests and directions. You acknowledge that there is a zero-tolerance policy with regard to illegal drug use and possession, intoxication, threatening or abusive behaviour, both physical and verbal, risk-taking and property vandalism.
No alcohol is to be brought into the Your Paradise event at any time. Security will check all luggage on arrival for drugs and alcohol.
If your behaviour is deemed to have the potential to negatively affect another guest’s experience, then the Supplier, at our discretion, may not let you continue with your holiday. If this occurs you will be responsible for your own return transport costs and you will not be entitled to any refund for the unused portion of your holiday.
You also agree that if this occurs you will have no claim against the Supplier or our providers.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
While staying at the Resort, there is a policy of responsible service of alcohol. If you are deemed to appear intoxicated, you will not be served and you may be escorted from any area where alcohol is being served.
PRIVACY
The Supplier stores information about you and your booking so that we can notify you of our events or special offers for the purposes of obtaining your feedback.
If you do not wish to receive correspondence from the Supplier please unsubscribe using the link featured at the bottom of our email correspondence.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
COVID-19
All guests agree to adhere to all local COVID Health, Safety, and entry guidelines & requirements, including (but not limited to) completing a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction or COVID-19 Rapid Antigen test within 24-48 hours of their flight departure or arrival to Fiji (if necessary).
