How long do I have to put a deposit down?
You have until September 30th or until sell out. Your Paradise has sold out for the last 3 consecutive years.
Can we pay our deposits in our group individually?
For now group deposits must be made in one transaction. However we will be getting guests details and then charging monthly instalments to each individuals account.
What does the package include?
Packages include a round trip airfare from one of the selected cities, accommodation, ground & water transfers and access to see all acts on the line up.
When can I book add-ons?
All confirmed attendees will have access to book add-ons as of October 9th through their customer portal.
I am not coming from Australia, can I attend the event?
Please Contact us for alternative travel arrangements.
I’M BOOKING FOR A GROUP OF 4 BUT MAY WANT TO ADD PEOPLE LATER ON TO BRING IT TO 6. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes it is! The more the merrier. You can add guests to your group booking any time before the 30th of September or until those packages sell out.
What are my travel dates?
Exact flying dates for each departing city will be made available in March.
I’M AN UP AND COMING DJ AND I WOULD LOVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY AT YOUR PARADISE.
Unfortunately, all DJ bookings for this year’s event have been completed.
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR SOMEONE FROM MY GROUP TO FLY FROM A DIFFERENT CITY?
All group members must fly from the same city. This is because different cities arrive and depart on different days and the rooms are booked accordingly.
WHAT IF MY FRIEND AND I WANT TO STAY IN THE SAME ROOM BUT WE BOOKED INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES?
Granted you and your friend are of the same gender and are flying from the same city, if you purchase individual packages we are happy to try and organise for you both to be in the same shared accommodation. Please Contact us us with both yours and your friends booking details. It is not guaranteed that and we will be able to accommodate your request however we will do our best.
WHEN ARE ROOM UPGRADES AVAILABLE?
Our ocean front bure upgrades will be going on sale on October 9th. We have very limited upgrades available so we advise you get in quick on the day as these are likely to sell out very fast.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately all payments made to Your Paradise are non-refundable. However, depending on the validity of the reason you are unable to attend Your Paradise, your travel insurance policy may refund some or all of the cost of your package.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FLIGHT ITINERARY?
An email with your flight itinerary will be sent out 2 months prior to the event. If you require these details early, or have any questions please email contact us
CAN I TRAVEL BEFORE OR AFTER THE FESTIVAL?
We currently don’t have any packages available for purchase that aren’t inclusive of flights on the selected dates. If flightless packages do become an option, we will notify you by email.
WHEN DO I HAVE UNTIL TO PAY IN FULL FOR MY PACKAGE?
You have 7 days to pay for your package in full. You can access your payment portal through the link sent out in your confirmation email.
IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND, CAN I SELL MY TICKET?
If for some reason you cannot attend and wish to sell your ticket, we can change the name on your booking anytime before the 30th of September. This incurs a $99 fee.
I WILL ALREADY BE IN FIJI ON THE DATES OF THE EVENT. ARE THERE DAY PASSES AVAILABLE?
As the whole resort is chartered for the event there will be no day passes available for Your Paradise.
WHAT ARE THE AGE LIMITS TO ATTEND YOUR PARADISE?
Your Paradise is an 18+ event.
IS THE EVENT BYO?
No, Your Paradise is a fully licensed event and you are not allowed to bring alcohol into the resort. Local Police will do bag checks on arrival and alcohol will be confiscated, this includes duty free.
